Returns & Exchanges

 

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from BLACKTAILOR. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund, or exchange for any returned merchandise.
  • Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.
  • Free return do not cover APO addresses. Email us for the return address and ship your return using your preferred mail service.
  • Each order can be returned ONCE only.
  • Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable). 
  • Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition/used/washed/product tag is removed/damaged.
