Returns & Exchanges

1. General Information

• Any brand new product in original condition with the product tag and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable). Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of non-expiring store credits or returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Additional Information and Special Circumstances

• Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.
• *For Black Friday orders, the final refund amount will NOT exceed the amount paid in your original order.
• Each order can be returned ONCE only.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition/used/washed/product tag is removed/damaged.
